    Hey guys

This is the latest piece im working on. Inspired in part by hogwarts im gonna turn this into a night time scene. At the moment im just in the layin stage. I will add a castle keep as well but I would love to get your feedback at this time

the color correction on the spires look to be too bright, not so much in the other additions but the spires look very out of place.

Also the spire on screen left has a scale issue I believe, I would imagine it to be slightly smaller and situated a bit lower than its current position.

My eye directly goes to bright speered domes. Thats a given. Reduce the brightness and match it to the lower part of the building. Or the material of the dome should be metallic of somekind .

Good start, as others mentioned there is some issues with black levels so do try to match your black point and mid tones. It is quite evident with the shadows being more dark than the original plate.

Very well done. Probably just a little more grading to help with matching the two.

I think the grading is working. The problem i'm having is your perspective. The plate is clearly from the POV of looking up and you can notice the original castle wall/elements pinching towards the top due to the vanishing point of your third perspective. Your elements need to follow this and lean inwards as well. Right now the edges of your added elements are almost completely vertical.

    This looks great.

I agree with most of the comments in regards to the grading, but the light source appears to be accurate. I think it just needs to have that final polish added to really make it pop (or actually NOT pop, but you know what I'm saying).

Otherwise it's great work. I'm trying to learn the tricks of the trade for set extension/matte art, not nearly as far as you are, but it's great to see this kind of work as a good example of set extension.
