After doing some successful experimentation with doing mocap in PFtrack 2011 i wanted to take the mesh i created in PFtrack into nuke.

So, what i did was export the model into a FBX format. When i import that model into nuke, straight from PFtrack, nuke crashes.

So i tried putting it into 3Dsmax first and then export it.
Now nuke doesnt crash but the animation is gone. The point cloud of the new FBX model is animated but the mesh itself is static.
It seem that PFtrack export models by first exporting a mesh and then a point cache that moves the points of the mesh, and it seem like nuke doesnt support that.

Anyone know how to get animated mesh data from PFtrack 2011 into Nuke?

i was asked if i had tried the .py export option. And yes, it tried the PY option which exports a OBJ file to a external folder. However the OBJ file is just a snapshot from a single frame and does not move inside nuke (however again the pointcloud does move!).
    Im using nuke 6.3.1

That's a really crucial matter. I have the same problem-
cinema 4d exports fbx with animation but not the lws from
Pftrack. Sometimes i export camera for nuke and make the
fbx follow that camera but it does not stick. Any answer
from pixelfarm would be nice. Can we use tracked geometry
    in Nuke?

    Hi,
you can try to use a different fbx version. Nuke doesnt support animated fbx 2012.So try using an older version when you export
out of max or maya. Also, you can try to use ascii instead of binary. In my case ascii 2010 works well with animations,
