    Hi,

I was wondering if their are tutorials about projection mapping particles. I want to project a texture of a beer bottle on a particle system (the particle system is locked on a 3d model of a beer bottle) and then I want the model to melt (pflow animation). But how do I project the texture map on the pflow system?

anyone can help or link me to some pages?

    Thanks!
    Maarten

If you say "plz" because it's shorter than "please" then I'll say "no" because it's shorter than "yes"

thanks for the quick response. I am trying the plugin right now. But it's working very very slow even with a low amount of particles. Is there a more efficient way?

Don't really know to be honest. You may try some kind of camera projection on the particles but I don't know if this is possible with vanilla Max. I do know it is possible with Krakatoa but this would require some investment.
Maybe you should ask that question on CGTalk's 3ds Max forum, Paul Neale, Bobo and other more proficient guys use to hang around there, I'm pretty sure they can answer your questions.

the melt modifier is to limited. I want to have the particles form different shapes etc...
But I already solved it. I had to use the Object Mapping operator.
