I am really curious, is there so much work available for DD from Hollywood to spread across all these new facilities?
For me it only makes sense if they venture into medical or defense corporate animation sector which Textor mentioned in his infamous talk to the investors.
Well I guess that DD in china will get most of the work from the asian market as more and more VFX intensive films are coming from asia , china and hong kong. There is no doubt that china has plenty to offer talent wise but are the graduates up the high level of standard to produce the same level as a hollywood film requires?
