Ok, I have been very nice about this new rule, but now that it has been a rule for almost a year I am going to start enforcing it. You are not, as an employer, permitted to start more than one thread per day about jobs. You can post as many jobs as you like in one thread, but only one thread per day. I recently merged 40 threads form 1 company!!!

Spamming the job board just makes it impossible for other jobs to be seen. I am very happy that companies are hiring so many artists...but everyone deserves a chance to be seen! I have been merging these threads as I see them, but from now on I will be handing out infractions for breaking this rule. Receive 3 infractions and you will become moderated, meaning your threads will not be seen until a moderator or administrator approves them. And only one will be approved daily.

I don't want to ban any employers for obvious reasons, but can you guys please be a little more respectful of the rules! I don't care if you are ILM...if you break the rules you have to have consequences. I understand it is totally acceptable to spam boards like 2pop because its not as much a community, but I care about the artists here and want them to get the best possible opportunities the industry has to offer.

We don't charge for advertising space here...so please don't abuse it.
