Can MORPH between 2 stills and 2 sequence be done directly into Fusion ?
Maybe a grid warp combined with splines masks ?

Or need an external software or a plugin ?

the grid warp in fusion can be used to morph between to images. if i rember correctly you would create a gridwarp on the sourceimage and one on the destination image. then copy the source grid from the sourceimage to the destination grid of the destination image and vice versa.

then you can blen between the two gridwarps

or you try the krokodove plugins (which are nearly free of cost) or revisionfx re:flex
