Portable software

Is there a way to create portable versions of AE CS4, Fusion or Nuke, so that they could be executed from a usb flashdrive without installing? I don't need using extra plug-ins, just the basic stuff.

the biggest problem would be the licence

afaik you can copy your installation of fusion and nuke onto a usb drive and run it from there. both programs dont install anything outside their own directories.

but you still need a licence to run them, if its a node locked licence then you must take your usb dongle with you
