I've been learning Nuke for a bout 2 years now, and I'm very confident with it. I had a look at Eyeon Fusion and I like what I see (in terms of tools).
Do you think I should learn Nuke like the back of my hand? Or do you think I should learn Nuke very well and Fusion very well?

I think one perfect piece of knowledge is better than two "just" good pieces. Improve your Nuke skills as good as you can to be a real master since it is an industry standard. However noone could forbid you to learn Fusion at the same time just to know how to apply basic techniques there.
    Good luck.

There's still a fair amount of houses that use fusion. It's like max/maya, sure master your fav tool but make sure you can at least still use the others, because you never know where your gunna be working in a years time.
Whatever i type, take it with a pinch of salt...
