Great work! Although here's my comments:
I think the lighting of the background doesn't match with the fg. Reason for that is that the original footage still has some directional light (it's not THAT cloudy like in your matte painting). You have more of a diffuse lighting setup. We can see that the sun originally illuminates the scene from the right. So you probably want to color correct your fg a little bit. Also try to lose the shadows around the obstacles on the path. Also there is some strange white line at the horizon (i think that area should be darker, since its cloudy).
But i have to say again your work is awesome! I love the grass (ground) layer next to the path

Thanks for the feedback. Great call on the lighting.
I've tweaked the comp with those points in mind.

    hi there,

after taking a closer look to the lighting I agree with the direction though it wasn't that obvious to me on the first sight. For me the thing that doesn't work most is the perspective - you lowered the horizonline on the right side by accident? On screen left it got matched pretty good but on the right side I cannot see the horizonline which isn't bad since it feels hazy in depth but the mountains in the front are revealing that cheat - they're way too low. The grassline looks nice indeed and I also like the way the sun is lighting the ocean surface although I think the position where the ray comes through doesn't match the sun position where the clouds on the center right get their subtle rimlight. Also I don't buy the shadow side of the man in front of the bright ocean - something looks wrong there, maybe it's just a missing diffuse wrap or the edge is too clean and sharp (the roto itself looks good).

some little things... the chain flickers when it gets over the grass; she could get some hair detail back; his left edge looks fake on the last frames especially on the last

Looking forward to see an update of the shot here later

Thanks for taking the time to give that detailed feedback - much appreciated.
I've tweaked the comp again and tried to address some of those observations.
