Arri Alexa Workflow in After Effects and Adobe Premiere

Can anyone help me translate these viewer settings and colorspace options in nuke:

file-in colourspace = alexa logC lut
viewer lut = rec709

At the moment I have these settings in my Project Preferences:



Should I be using the cineon converter to get the right curve?
How do I interpret my footage when I bring it in? I'm using AE 5.5.
