hi, does anyone know if there any auto-contrast or auto-level gizmo available out there? tried nukepedia and google but found no result. I want to make it using python , but i found out , python can't do image manipulaton (pixel manipulation) .. the only way is using color expression node. the logic is sampling everypixel in image then scan/find what is the highest and lowest value (black and white level) then remap that value to range 0-1.

If anyone can share any link about that type of gizmo, it would be great.

    Thanx

How about trying F_deflicker? That's a similar process surely. Depends whether it's matching via histogram or values.

Or cook something up using the curve tool. That can at least analyse your max and min pixels.
Then feed that into your colour expression node with some python stuff.

Sorry I can't help more than this, I'm not a scripter in any way or form...
