I am trying to track a paint tool clone. I have searched the forums and most of the threads I have found refer to a single stroke option which may not exist in fusion 6.3. Its not where its supposed to be at least.

I have tried linking the tracker to the center attributes of the stroke controls, but no luck. I also saw mention of a paint group modifier, but cant find that either.

    Any info is much appreciated.

the single stroke option is still in fusion 6.3 and still there where it always was

but the method should be the same for a single as for a multistroke

1)track your footage with a tracker, set it to matchmove and choose your reference frame
    2)go to your reference frame
    3) create a paint tool as a new branch of the tree
    4) set the lifetime of your strokes to the correct range
    5) paint
    6) go to the modifiers tab and under strokes controle right click on center -> connect to -> "your tracker" steady position

    that should do it
