Now i am working in Malaysia, and my wife and son stay in Indonesia, here the place i work, the Compositor do all plenty thing like create backplate, effect, and sometimes also when the 3D come with the wrong lighting we try to cheat it a bit, and the same thtng happen with matte from roto people, i ever got ineterview with some big company they say in their place compositor just do a compositing, for effect they have they own vfx department to do it. Actually i am comfort with the place i work i never care about the deadline for day by day from all the movie they never learn a lot but we the CG team we learn a lot, but in the end if u got a lot of people they push u with the many job in your hand, but that also not my business but what make me mve, i can't handle all the vfx, compositing, touch up and create the backplate in the same role with the deadline that sometimes come with the insane one.
Now i got 3 offer in my hand and 3 of them have a different good and bad side when i take
If i want to get more experience it's mean i should take the offer from Beijing and the bad side i can't back every month once to meet my wife and son, the salary offer not so big enough almost same with my company i working now.
The Second Company base on Vietnam is a TVC company here i can learn new software and they give me a big salary, but for sure i am also can't back to Indonesia once a month. The flight ticket a bit expensive
and the Third one i am got in the same country i work now, Malaysia, they offer me a bit same with i got now, but the way of work is a bit easy and not gonna make u a lot of migrain, insomnia and the bad side here i can't get experience.
Need Advice if u'r a married guy and ur son not even 1 month what u gonna do if u have this option in your hand, because i am a bit confused of it.
