Help: Color space related problem as output get different color tone..

Hi frnds,

i am having color space related problem with a footage needed to be paint. i am working on windows 7 platform, to be specific.

i have a mov input. when i render it in nuke in dpx or exr format the output get different color tone.

can anyone tell me, which color space and file format i should work on and render to get my output.

Arri Alexa used for the shot with the following specification..
- Apple ProRes 4444, 1920 x 1080, Bit Depth 10

Can you help to to execute 2 and 3 step of the below mention step..
