Update Industry Production Houses Index

Hey.

I would like to recommend updating the Industry Production Houses Index (http://www.vfxtalk.com/forums/90-Ind...duction-Houses), especially in the main markets like UK, Canada, Germany and USA, since it hasn't been updated since 2006 and a lot of the links are outdated.

I think it's a valuable resource for our community.
