Grid mesh giving trouble

Hi,
I am having a small problem with creating grid mesh. When i create grid mesh it just takes half the particles of my simulation & the rest is left as particles i am attaching an image of my simulation. I am fairly new to domain based simulation & cudnt find a solution to this over the net. Any suggestion would be useful.
