I think it's probably worth either splitting that reel into two, one for vfx and one for compositing, or cutting down some of the shots. 3 mins is kinda long for the work you are showing.
Also I find it a lot better to have your reel aimed at one discipline, rather then trying to squeeze all your work on to it.

Ohh sorry one last thing those full screen titles 'Realflow' etc. I personally wouldn't bother with those. Just have it on the bottom middle or something.

Good luck with the hunt buddy!
Whatever i type, take it with a pinch of salt...

^ What Roary said. There is some great work in there, but you need to be more ruthless with the editing. Lose the fullscreen titles. I think the breakdown for the stereo compositing when you go into the Nuke interface doesnt work - it drags and doesnt really convey any useful information. There are more efficient ways of doing breakdowns for stereo work. The shots with the ninja egg thing go on waay too long - over a minute just for this one piece. You should just include a selection of max 6 shots from there and it conveys most of what we need to know about what you did on the project - leave the rest for a stand-alone edit about the piece.
I'm being honest with my feedback as I see a potentially great reel that is still at rough-cut stage. Once you get that down to around 2 minutes in length it will really work.
