Fixed camera - rotating object

hello there,
it's some days that i'm trying to hardly track a shot where the camera is fixed (a 5d canon)
and there is a table with markers on, that rotates clockwise and anticlockwise (not complete rotation)

how to track it ? i've masked the operator that does the rotation by hand, so his hand goes on markers etc...

what should i do ? user track not even works...on pftrack.

syntheyes doesn't recognize anything when goes to camera solve...

help!!!!

I am sure pftrack should do the job, could you post the vid for me to download, I'd very much like to work on such challenging shots

If you can upload a low resolution quality version of the shot, that would be useful for us to see what your issue was.
I don't quite understand the description you gave.
