Make appear a person trough the glow

Hi,

I have a movie with a person with a transparent bg (I used a bluescreen).
I made a black backgorund for her and now I need to make appear this person like she appears in a glow.

Somethink like some strong light effect that compose this person. Somethink like blobby glow growing very similar to a hologram but with more glow.
