    Bluefish444 announced that its range of 8 bit and 10-bit uncompressed SD & HD SDI video output cards is now compatible with eyeon Software's latest release, Digital Fusion 4, under Windows 2000 & XP.Source: VFXPro.com

    Bluefish444's range of SD and HD SDI video output cards allow Digital Fusion 4 users to work in 8 bit and 10 bit uncompressed color depths. Bluefish444 and eyeon have co-developed real-time preview and frame buffer support for Digital Fusion 4.

    Digital Fusion 4.02 users will require the Acetylene installer v1.0, which is available for download at the Bluefish444 web site. Bluefish444's SD and HD output range of products are available immediately from all Bluefish444 resellers and are priced from $US 1,495 for SD and $US 6,995 for HD. Pricing for Digital Fusion 4 lists at $ US 4,995 full version and $US 495.00 for DF 4 upgrade from DF 3.1. DFX+ upgrade pricing varies depending on module configuration.     Great news, but what happened to the card named Acetylene tho? Did it change name? I can't seem to find it on the site anymore

    Hey mate,

    well i heard back form them this morning:

    Hi Paul

    We have an installer called Acetylene which was our début for the pc platform encompassing Combustion and adobe plugins with the SD range of cards.

    ....the Acetylene card at the time is no longer,
    The acetylene card is the same as the iridium SD card.
    Renamed ...why ...i dont really understand..but its now called 'iridium'
