looks cool. I wonder if maybe the interior lights are a little too yellow maybe?
Nice work, how long to UV all that? I think it would look great to pan down with the windmill possibly in the foreground in view first making a rusty squealing sound as it rotates. Of course I assume it's not modelled and a breeze causing it to turn would require dust and ...blah blah blah. Sorry, back to the point, good job. That and you were talking matte work.
Thanks guys for your comments.
- Crutch: it took no time to UV as the matte is camera projected over the geometry. The windmill is on a bilboard poly behind the scene. I like yout idea of having the windmill in the foreground, but it will need full 3d modelling. I will think about that, cheers.
- apoc519: you are right, the lights need desaturation, i will color correct it when i do the compositing.
Very nice work Tharmine. The environment is really cool. I really like the dust particles in the air.
Nice work. though if it was used in video I would suggest not putting the particles in the scene until it after adding the other footage so it moves.
but it looks really good![]()
thanks Yastremski.D.
Have a look here as this other video has some dust particules animated in it. I think the 2 blend well.

Yeah, you can totaly feel the scene now. It has life in it.
the scene now doesnt look like a camera move with a still image.
now all that needs to be done is to integrate talents shot on green screen and throw them in there.haha
Congrats, great shot!
The colors are very nice - I specially like the balance between the warm interior colors, and the cooler colors from outside.
