What will be the best settings for output a video from AE to be use in TV, I’m curious of the compression settings.

Keep it uncompressed as far through the process as possible. If you're capturing or going back out to tape with a blackmagic then that means the Uncompressed 8/10bit formats, or else Quicktime None. The lossless image formats will also do a good job, like TIFFs. Switch to 16bit mode if you've got a lot of subtle colour variation or shading going on. I wouldn't bother with fields unless you really need them. Stay well away from anything with compression (ie. sorensen, MJPEG). Even Animation at 100% won't give you true lossless results. Render out some tests and switch on the difference layer mode to see the variations in quality. The edge detail will be the first thing to suffer.
