definatly not as easy as it sounds - you need some hardcore audio software and some very specific plugins... from what i have seen there are a few VST plugins that will do this for you but you will need a VST host

I wanted to use Nine Inch Nails "The Hand's That feed". Luckily Trent Reznor posted up a garageband version of the song with all the different elements in their own layers. So I was able to hide the vocals and record that.

There is hardware that does this too.


But the best bet is to ask legally via Artists Company and they have said tracks already built
