Nice links, very helpful, can't believe I first made this post since 2006, you guys at vfxtalk are too good. Thanks all.
Awesome source. Looking at the "Virtual Sword" clip, they have a part there where they suggest "Pick which markers you will track in the main shot, then use the Survey Shot to get data for those markers."
The "Survey Shot" is a different shot showing the weapon closer with a different angle. How is this process done? I didn't know its possible to reuse trackers data for different shots, I thought it's basically shot based markers.
I'm not a tracking artist myself but have a little experience with pftrack & realviz matchmover. I don't recall seeing an option like that there.
Can someone tell me how to remove green screen in Combustion?

You mean like an explosion? try putting more than one color key on the clip, and using a lot of feathering on the edges. It worked for me. check out some more green screen footage at www.DryfireProductions.com
Hi there, you can try www.mx-greenscreen.com. They have always been pretty useful for me, they have a really extensive range of pre keyed royalty free people. Plus they are not cheesy clips!
