    I don't know what "works" means.

    Also your page titles need to be fixed. Several of them read "About Us"... which unless you're a split personality doesn't seem to be the nature of your business.

    On your resume you need to break up the categories of software proficiency a bit better. As it stands "MotionCapture", "3D Artist" and a few other headings read as software titles.
